Stefaniya Mircheska is a PhD of National security and defense. She
defended her doctoral dissertation in 2017 at the Academy of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs, Faculty of Police, professional direction and PhD program:
Organization and management outside the sphere of material production
(security and defense management).
She works in the Ministry of e-Government, Republic of Bulgaria,
Directorate of Policies and Strategic Planning of e-Government.
Expert in national security, data modeling and management, geographic
information systems, new technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain,
IoT, smart technologies), digital ethics, intelligent applications, metaverse
and the relationship between new technologies and national security, in
digital decade. She participates in numerous research projects in the field of
national security and collectives for the development of strategic documents
and doctrinal documents at the national and European level, she is also
involved in various NATO projects. She is a member of working groups at
the European Commission and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and
Development (OECD).

Пламен Атанасов е доктор по „Обществена комуникация и
информационни науки“ от Софийски университет „Св. Кл. Охридски“,
доктор на науките в направление „Национална сигурност“ от Нов
български университет. Научните му интереси са в областта на
комуникация при кризи и широката сигурност.

Plamen Atanasov has a PhD in “Social communication and
informational science” from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He
is also a DSc in “National security” from New Bulgarian University. His
scientific interests span the fields of Crisis Communication and Wide
Security.
