Her scientific interests are in the field of national security, and more specifically in human trafficking, which is also related to her dissertation work.

The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has not only caused immense human suffering and geopolitical tensions but has also given rise to a complex web of consequences with far-reaching effects. This publication aims to explore the repercussions of the war in Ukraine on the incidence of human trafficking in the Republic of Bulgaria. The intersection between armed conflict and the vulnerability of populations to exploitation and trafficking requires a comprehensive examination to understand the multifaceted challenges faced by affected individuals.
